V. E. Cullen

From 1985 to 1990, V. E. Cullen sent 35 letters to Richard Schwab, editor of the Ligonier Echo. These letters have not been widely publicized or shared. The only thing we know for certain about Cullen is that he passed away in 1991.

What message was he trying to send?
